The following Terms and Conditions govern the sale of flower products by the company Flowers from Terra to its customers.

Product description

The products offered by the company include a variety of flowers packaged by the dozen and flower kits with vases. The Company reserves the right to modify or substitute products at any time without prior notice.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment will be made in US dollars using the following payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Delivery and Shipping

Flowers from Terra undertakes to deliver the products within a reasonable period of time after receiving the order. Shipping and delivery are made to the address provided by the customer. Flowers from Terra is not responsible for delays or losses in shipping.

Warranty and Returns ​

Flowers from Terra guarantees that its products will be of good quality and will match the description provided. If a product does not meet the warranty, the company undertakes to replace it or refund the purchase price, provided that the customer submits a claim within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Condition: 

  • Must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Before the order leaves the carrier, its cancellation must be made within x time (according to the delivery date and the current date).
  • In case of withdrawal when our product is in transit, the transportation costs for the return will be covered by the customer.

(Will the product be requested to be sent back due to damage?) It would be best if not.

Responsability

Flowers from Terra is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the use or exposure of the products, such as improper use or incorrect handling of the products.  To avoid this, please see our recommendations for caring for your roses.

Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Connecticut, United States.

Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
